Secretarial support is charged on an hourly or project basis.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements and timeframes and we will supply you with a competitive quotation.

All Lifestyle Management Services (hotel bookings, travel, floral ordering etc.) must be paid directly by the customer at the time of booking.

Please note: the hourly rate is for our professional services, and does not include stationary, postage or mileage costs (if applicable).

Students are offered a discounted rate (on receipt of proof of student ID)

Retainer Packages

The Retainer Service is useful when you know you will have a regular amount of work each month. This way we can get to know the business and/or person. We in turn will provide a supportive cost effective service as and when required.  A retainer package is payable in advance, so please contact us if you require further information on this service.

Call Answering Packages

There are a number of call answering packages designed to suit your volume of calls.  Please contact us for further details.

Payments

We currently accept cheques or bank transfers (BACS). Details will be provided on the invoice.

Virtual Secretarial Service is not currently VAT registered.
